We are looking for alumni from the Volunteer Zambia project to join our team to help with:
Are you a creative writer or interested in a career in communications and marketing? The Perfect Day Foundation are looking for an alumni student to join the team as a Newsletter Content Writer. The role will involve creating interesting and engaging quarterly newsletters to send out to sponsors, alumni and key partners to keep them updated on the recent projects and progress across the placement sites. It will enquire collating information from various sources from the Wallace Group and Sport in Action.
Website Management Assistant
Interested in IT, creating a website or digital content? The Perfect Day Foundation are looking for an alumni who has knowledge of maintaining a website and creating digital content to assist with the management for their website. This will be a key position to ensure sponsors are kept updated with the most recent news from Zambia and assist with attracting new sponsors.
Social Media Representative
Are you a social media pro? Join the Perfect Day Foundation team and stay involved in the Volunteer Zambia project as a Social Media Representative. We’re looking for someone who can create engaging, informative content across the Perfect Day Foundation’s social media channels to update our followers on the latest news and fundraising campaigns.
School Sponsorship Assistant
Looking to stay involved in the great work that is happening out in Zambia? We’ve got a unique opportunity to get involved with the sponsorship programme by joining the team as an assistant. This will involve assisting the School Sponsorship Manager with administrative tasks which are essential to ensure the children are supported attending school.
School Sponsorship Report Writer
The Perfect Day Foundation are looking for a creative writer to join the team to support the school sponsorship programme. The role will involve gathering information from the children sponsored on the programme to create engaging and informative reports to send back to the generous sponsors.

Online Knowledge Sharing Representatives
Interested in keeping in touch, improving the sustainability of the project and assisting next year’s students? We are looking for a student to lead the online knowledge sharing groups for each sport to maintain contact between students and Zambian volunteers. This will help with communication to continue sharing skills and coaching drills throughout the whole year.
Alumni Representatives (x2)
The Wallace Group and Perfect Day Foundation have an exciting opportunity for 2 x outgoing, passionate and organised students to come on-board as Alumni Representatives. The role will involve organising alumni reunions, social gatherings and fundraisers to support the on-going work in Zambia by the Perfect Day Foundation. The Alumni Representatives will also be responsible for communicating up and coming opportunities available within the Wallace Group or Perfect Day Foundation.
